Ingredients of Vanilla Marble Cake
- It's 340 grams of all purpose flour.
- It's 8 grams of baking powder.
- Prepare 200 grams of sugar.
- It's 190 grams of butter.
- Prepare 3 of large eggs.
- Prepare 250 ml of milk.
- Prepare 20 grams of cocoa powder.
- Prepare ml of Vanilla essence..5.
- It's of Frosting of your choice.
Vanilla Marble Cake instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C for 10-15 mins....grease your baking tin.
- Sift dry ingredients.. Flour and baking powder..set aside.
- In a bowl,cream sugar and butter till light and pale. Add one egg at a time as you continue beating...add essence.
- Add your flour and baking powder and milk while alternating till well incorporated.
- Divide your batter into two....to one add cocoa powder.
- I baked in two Tins..one batter with cocoa and the other with the white batter.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or till ready.
- Layer and tort your cake..with the alternating layers of the chocolate and vanilla layers.
- I used my left over pink whipping cream frosting...decorate as you please.
