- Pre heat oven 350°F.
- Chop the apple into chunks.
- Smash the banana.
- Add the egg whites, honey and milk into a bowl, mix them.
- Add the flour, baking soda, chopped apple and smashed banana into another bowl.
- Combine everything, mix them into a batter.
- Bake it for 10 minutes, at 350°F, take it out and slightly cut the middle of the unfinished cake.
- Bake it for another 15 -20 min.
